Is alovibe right for my industry?
Almost certainly. alovibe is industry-agnostic — clinics, law firms, photo studios, gyms, online stores, repair shops, tutors, vets, real-estate agents, consultants — anyone who books appointments or takes payments. The system is configurable enough to fit your services, pricing, and policies.
How does the AI work? Will it sound like me?
The AI is trained on your services, prices, hours, and policies. You set the tone (formal · friendly · concise · etc.), and it adapts. It replies in any of 7 languages automatically, based on what the customer writes. When it's not sure, it hands the conversation back to you.
Which languages and scripts are supported?
English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Persian (Farsi), and Arabic — with full right-to-left layout for Persian and Arabic. The entire UI swaps when a customer or team member picks their language. Add more languages on request.
What if I want to migrate from another booking tool?
We import customers, services, and upcoming bookings from CSV — and connect your existing calendar (Google, Apple, Outlook) via iCal so nothing falls through the cracks. Most teams are live in under a day.
