alovibe never charges your customers — your own Stripe account does, and alovibe never holds that money or adds a platform fee. The only payment alovibe takes is your own subscription.

Frequently asked questions

Can my customers pay online?

Yes. Connect your own Stripe account and customers can pay a deposit or the full price by card — through a secure link or your booking page. The charge is made by your own Stripe account, not by alovibe: the money settles straight to you, alovibe never holds it and adds no platform fee. Prefer cash? Record it yourself and send a receipt.

What counts as a booking?

Any appointment Alo or your team creates in a month. Standard includes 250; Premium is unlimited.

How does the free trial work?

Every account starts with a free trial — one per person, matched on your email address and the card you pay with. If you have already had one, your subscription starts today at the full price. Stripe's secure checkout collects a card, but you're not charged until the trial ends; cancel anytime before then.

Which channels does Alo work on?

WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram — plus your public booking page. Alo reads, replies in the customer's language and books, around the clock — for as long as your subscription is active and its spending guards have not stopped it.
